يوضّح هذا الإشعار كيف يقوم تطبيق «عُمرة» (يُشار إليه بـ«عُمرة» أو «نحن») بجمع معلوماتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك للتطبيق وخدماته. تطبيق عُمرة منصّة تجمع بين الخدمات الإسلامية اليومية (أوقات الصلاة، القرآن الكريم، القبلة) وسوقٍ يربط المعتمرين بشركات سفر مرخّصة في العراق. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على ممارسات الخصوصية الموضّحة هنا. This notice explains how the Omra application ("Omra", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app and its services. Omra is a platform that combines daily Islamic services (prayer times, the Holy Qur'an, Qibla) with a marketplace that connects pilgrims with licensed travel companies in Iraq. By using the app, you agree to the privacy practices described here.

معلومات الحسابAccount information

عند إنشاء حساب نجمع اسمك، وبريدك الإلكتروني، ورقم هاتفك، ومدينتك. يمكنك التسجيل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو باستخدام «تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple»؛ وفي حال استخدامك Apple قد تختار إخفاء بريدك الإلكتروني الحقيقي. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and city. You can register using your email or with "Sign in with Apple"; if you use Apple, you may choose to hide your real email address.

معلومات الحجز والمسافرينBooking & traveler information

عند طلب حجز باقة عمرة، نجمع تفاصيل الحجز وبيانات المسافرين التي تُدخلها (مثل أسماء المسافرين وأرقام الاتصال)، وقد تشمل صور وبيانات جوازات السفر اللازمة لإجراءات التأشيرة والسفر. تُشارَك هذه المعلومات مع شركة السفر التي تختارها لإتمام الحجز. When you request to book an Umrah package, we collect the booking details and the traveler information you enter (such as traveler names and contact numbers), and this may include passport images and details required for visa and travel processing. This information is shared with the travel company you select in order to complete the booking.

بيانات الموقعLocation data

بإذنك، نستخدم موقع جهازك لحساب أوقات الصلاة الدقيقة لمدينتك وتحديد اتجاه القبلة. يمكنك إيقاف إذن الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك، مع إمكانية إدخال موقعك يدوياً. With your permission, we use your device location to calculate accurate prayer times for your area and to determine the Qibla direction. You can turn off the location permission at any time in your device settings and set your location manually instead.

الإشعارات وبيانات الجهازNotifications & device data

إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، نستخدم رمز إشعارات الجهاز (push token) لإرسال تنبيهات الأذان وأوقات الصلاة وتحديثات الحجز. قد نعالج أيضاً معلومات تقنية أساسية عن جهازك (مثل نوع النظام وإصدار التطبيق) لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها. If you enable notifications, we use your device's push token to send adhan and prayer-time alerts and booking updates. We may also process basic technical information about your device (such as operating system and app version) to operate and improve the service.

تفضيلاتك واستخدامك للتطبيقPreferences & app usage

نحفظ تفضيلاتك داخل التطبيق، مثل المذهب المختار لحساب أوقات الصلاة، وتقدّمك في قراءة القرآن، وإعدادات الأذان. يُخزَّن جزء من هذه البيانات على جهازك محلياً. We store your in-app preferences, such as your selected madhab for prayer-time calculation, your Qur'an reading progress, and adhan settings. Some of this data is stored locally on your device.

المراسلات والملاحظاتCommunications & feedback

إذا راسلتنا أو أرسلت ملاحظات عبر التطبيق، نحتفظ بمحتوى رسالتك وبيانات التواصل للرد عليك وتحسين الخدمة. If you contact us or submit feedback through the app, we keep the content of your message and your contact details to respond to you and improve the service.

٣. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك3. How we use your information

• لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وتأمينه.To create, sign you in to, and secure your account.
• لتقديم أوقات الصلاة والقرآن والقبلة وخدمات التطبيق.To provide prayer times, the Qur'an, Qibla, and other app features.
• لمعالجة طلبات حجز العمرة وتمكين شركة السفر من التواصل معك وإتمام الحجز.To process Umrah booking requests and enable the travel company to contact you and complete the booking.
• لإرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات التي طلبتها.To send the notifications and alerts you requested.
• للرد على استفساراتك وتقديم الدعم.To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• لحماية أمان المنصّة ومنع الاحتيال وسوء الاستخدام، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.To protect the security of the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

٤. وثائق السفر وجوازات السفر4. Travel documents & passports

قد تتطلب بعض الحجوزات تزويد شركة السفر بصور أو بيانات جواز السفر لإصدار التأشيرة وترتيبات السفر. نتعامل مع هذه الوثائق على أنها معلومات حساسة: Some bookings require providing the travel company with passport images or details to process visas and travel arrangements. We treat these documents as sensitive information:

• لا تُستخدم إلا لغرض معالجة حجزك والتأشيرة المرتبطة به.They are used only to process your booking and the related visa.
• لا يطّلع عليها إلا شركة السفر التي اخترتها والموظفون المخوّلون لدى عُمرة عند الضرورة للدعم.They are accessible only to the travel company you selected and authorized Omra staff where necessary for support.
• نسجّل عمليات الوصول إلى هذه الوثائق ونطبّق ضوابط وصول صارمة لحمايتها.We log access to these documents and apply strict access controls to protect them.

يمكنك طلب حذف وثائق سفرك بعد انتهاء الحاجة إليها عبر التواصل معنا على واتساب أدناه. You can request deletion of your travel documents once they are no longer needed by contacting us on WhatsApp below.

٥. كيف نشارك المعلومات5. How we share information

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك المعلومات فقط في الحالات التالية:We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:

• مع شركة السفر التي تختارها: نشارك تفاصيل الحجز وبيانات المسافرين لإتمام طلبك. تتحمّل الشركة مسؤولية استخدامها للبيانات وفق سياساتها.With the travel company you choose: we share booking and traveler details to fulfill your request. That company is responsible for its own use of the data under its policies.
• مزوّدو الخدمات: نستعين بمزوّدين موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق، مثل Supabase لاستضافة قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة والتخزين، وApple وExpo لإرسال الإشعارات، ومتجري التطبيقات Apple App Store وGoogle Play.Service providers: we rely on trusted providers to run the app, such as Supabase for database hosting, authentication and storage, Apple and Expo for delivering notifications, and the Apple App Store and Google Play stores.
• المتطلبات القانونية: قد نكشف معلومات إذا طُلب ذلك بموجب القانون أو لحماية حقوقنا أو سلامة المستخدمين.Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of users.

٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات6. Data retention

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. عند حذف حسابك، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية خلال مدة معقولة، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

٧. الأمان7. Security

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك، تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل، وضوابط الوصول على مستوى الصفوف (Row-Level Security)، وتسجيل الوصول إلى الوثائق الحساسة. ومع ذلك لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، لذا لا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and access logging for sensitive documents. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

٨. حقوقك وخياراتك8. Your rights & choices

• الوصول والتصحيح: يمكنك عرض وتعديل معلومات ملفك الشخصي داخل التطبيق.Access & correction: you can view and edit your profile information inside the app.
• حذف الحساب: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك عبر صفحة حذف الحساب أو بالتواصل معنا عبر واتساب على +964 785 150 0933.Account deletion: you can request deletion of your account and all data via our Account Deletion page or by contacting us on WhatsApp at +964 785 150 0933.
• الإشعارات والموقع: يمكنك التحكم بأذونات الإشعارات والموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.Notifications & location: you can control notification and location permissions at any time in your device settings.

٩. خصوصية الأطفال9. Children's privacy

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون موافقة وليّ الأمر، سنحذفها. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that we collected a child's data without parental consent, we will delete it.

١٠. نقل البيانات دولياً10. International data transfers

قد تُخزَّن بياناتك وتُعالَج على خوادم لدى مزوّدي خدماتنا في دول خارج العراق. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذا النقل وفق هذه السياسة. Your data may be stored and processed on our service providers' servers in countries outside Iraq. By using the app, you consent to this transfer in accordance with this policy.

١١. التغييرات على هذه السياسة11. Changes to this policy

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة. We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new version.
