١. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of terms

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق «عُمرة» وخدماته. باستخدامك التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب فيه، فإنك تقرّ بقراءتك لهذه الشروط وموافقتك عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. These terms govern your use of the Omra app and its services. By using the app or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

٢. الأهلية2. Eligibility

يجب أن تكون قادراً قانونياً على إبرام العقود لاستخدام التطبيق. لإجراء حجز أو معاملة، يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً فأكثر، أو أن تستخدم التطبيق تحت إشراف وليّ أمر. أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي تقدّمها. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the app. To make a booking or transaction, you must be 18 or older, or use the app under the supervision of a guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

٣. وصف الخدمة3. The service

يقدّم تطبيق عُمرة خدمات إسلامية يومية (أوقات الصلاة، القرآن الكريم، القبلة، وغيرها)، إضافةً إلى سوقٍ يربط المستخدمين بشركات سفر مرخّصة تعرض باقات عمرة. تعمل عُمرة كوسيط يسهّل التواصل والحجز، وليست هي مزوّد خدمة السفر أو العمرة. يُبرَم عقد الخدمة الفعلي بينك وبين شركة السفر التي تختارها. Omra provides daily Islamic features (prayer times, the Holy Qur'an, Qibla, and more), as well as a marketplace that connects users with licensed travel companies offering Umrah packages. Omra acts as an intermediary that facilitates communication and booking; it is not the provider of the travel or Umrah service. The actual service contract is formed between you and the travel company you choose.

٤. الحسابات4. Accounts

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة. أبلِغنا فوراً عند أي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

٥. الحجوزات وشركات السفر5. Bookings & travel companies

• طلب الحجز عبر التطبيق هو طلب لإبداء الاهتمام؛ ويُؤكَّد الحجز بالتنسيق المباشر مع شركة السفر.A booking request in the app is an expression of interest; the booking is confirmed through direct coordination with the travel company.
• تُعرض الأسعار بالدينار العراقي (IQD)، وتُحدّدها شركة السفر. تخضع تفاصيل الدفع والإلغاء والاسترداد وترتيبات السفر لاتفاقك المباشر مع الشركة.Prices are shown in Iraqi dinar (IQD) and are set by the travel company. Payment, cancellation, refund, and travel arrangements are subject to your direct agreement with the company.
• عُمرة ليست طرفاً في عقد السفر ولا تضمن توفّر الباقات أو دقّة أوصافها أو جودة خدمات الشركة أو إصدار التأشيرات.Omra is not a party to the travel contract and does not guarantee package availability, the accuracy of descriptions, the quality of the company's services, or the issuance of visas.

٦. التزامات شركات السفر6. Travel company obligations

• يجب أن تكون الشركة مرخّصة قانونياً لتقديم خدمات العمرة والسفر، وتخضع للمراجعة والموافقة قبل النشر.A company must be legally licensed to provide Umrah and travel services, and is subject to review and approval before going live.
• يجب أن تكون العروض والأسعار دقيقة وحديثة وغير مضلّلة، وأن تلتزم الشركة بخدمة المسافرين وحماية بياناتهم.Listings and prices must be accurate, current, and not misleading, and the company must serve travelers and protect their data.
• يحق لعُمرة تعليق أو إزالة أي شركة أو باقة تخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون.Omra may suspend or remove any company or package that violates these terms or the law.

٧. سلوك المستخدم7. User conduct

عند استخدام التطبيق، توافق على عدم:When using the app, you agree not to:

• تقديم معلومات كاذبة أو انتحال شخصية الغير.Provide false information or impersonate others.
• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو مسيء.Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• محاولة الإضرار بالتطبيق أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أنظمته أو بيانات المستخدمين الآخرين.Attempt to harm the app or gain unauthorized access to its systems or other users' data.

٨. المحتوى الديني والإشعارات8. Religious content & notifications

تُحسب أوقات الصلاة واتجاه القبلة بطرق فلكية تقريبية اعتماداً على موقعك وإعداداتك، وقد تختلف قليلاً عن المصادر المحلية. نوصي بالتحقق من المواقيت لدى مرجعك المحلي الموثوق، خصوصاً عند السفر. يُوفَّر محتوى القرآن الكريم لغرض الاستخدام الديني الشخصي. لا نضمن وصول الإشعارات في كل الأوقات نظراً لاعتمادها على جهازك وشبكتك وخدمات النظام. Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated using approximate astronomical methods based on your location and settings, and may differ slightly from local sources. We recommend verifying times with your trusted local authority, especially when traveling. Qur'an content is provided for personal religious use. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered, as they depend on your device, network, and system services.

٩. الملكية الفكرية9. Intellectual property

جميع حقوق التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاره ومحتواه (باستثناء محتوى الشركات والمستخدمين والنصوص الدينية) مملوكة لعُمرة أو مرخّصة لها. لا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون إذن خطي. All rights in the app, its design, logo, and content (other than company content, user content, and religious texts) are owned by or licensed to Omra. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

١٠. إخلاء المسؤولية10. Disclaimers

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره» دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة خالية من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أفعال أو تقصير شركات السفر أو أي طرف ثالث. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel companies or any third party.

١١. حدود المسؤولية11. Limitation of liability

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل عُمرة المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو عن تعاملك مع شركات السفر. To the extent permitted by law, Omra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or your dealings with travel companies.

١٢. الإنهاء12. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو القانون. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or the law.

١٣. القانون الحاكم والتعديلات13. Governing law & changes

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق. قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك على التعديلات. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We may amend these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
